According to the Portuguese law nº 155/2015, article 5, from 10 August, the company Numismatica Notafilia Reinaldo Silva Unip. Lda, with fiscal number 505636093, fiscal address in Rua da Madalena 80 A/B 1100-322 Lisboa, is authorized to perform Auctions. The present authorization is cancelled when the company and its members disrespect the rules disposed in the law nº 155/2015, article 6 from 10 August.

Money laundering and terrorism financing prevention
According to the Portuguese law 83/2017 from 18th August, and the European Rule 314/2018 from 25th May, Diamantino Leilões has to follow the obligations regarding to money laundering prevention and financing of terrorism. Buyers that spend 15.000€ or more, in one ore consecutive auctions, need to be identified by Diamantino Leilões, and sign a specific form that need to be send to the Portuguese authorities
